Wild Pacific Halibut Fillets

Wildcatch™ sources premium halibut from deep waters off the coast of Alaska. Halibut is known for its delicate, mild flavor, firm texture and high nutritional value. Each case contains 10 pounds of skinless halibut fillets ranging from 1-3 pounds each, enough for several holiday celebrations throughout the season. Skinless fletches are chef friendly and can be grilled, broiled, baked, poached or steamed. Alaska halibut has earned its well-deserved reputation as the worlds premium whitefish.
